Who is The AI Handyman?
I'm Tim, the AI Handyman — an AI Engineer and Solutions Architect who helps small businesses actually implement AI in ways that make sense. Before this, I spent 18 years leading healthcare operations at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, where efficiency, clarity, and real-world outcomes mattered. That experience shaped how I approach technology today — it has to be practical, usable, and worth the effort.
Today, I teach applied generative AI, build modern websites, and design custom AI-powered workflows that solve specific business problems. For many clients, I function like a one-person contracted tech team — someone who can understand the business, build the solution, and guide implementation without unnecessary complexity or overhead.
